Here are the most frequently asked questions we get here at Fluffle Family Creations. If you have a question that you didn’t get answered, please contact us.
How do you make your products?
We use a combination of techniques to create our items, but most are created using our laser. The laser is capable of cutting, and engraving a variety of materials. Our large leather items are typically 100% handmade.
What materials do you use?
We use wood, acrylic, glass, and leather. We are able to use more materials than that, but those are what we typically have on-hand. See our Commissions page for more information on materials.
How long will my order take?
Most of our items have a 3-5 day production process. This means your order should ship 3-5 business days after you place your order. All commissions and custom orders will have their own timeline, depending on the complexity of the project, and the availability of your desired materials. As a general rule, we expect the production time of these types of orders to be around 2 weeks. Once your order is completed and shipped, the arrival time will depend on the speed of the shipping service chosen USPS Ground Mail (our typical shipping service) can take an average of 3-5 days (depending on how far from Maine you are).
Can I get bulk ordering prices?
We do offer some bulk/wholesale options on many of our products. You can find more information on out wholesale or bulk ordering here. Please contact us about the item(s) you are interested in and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Where is (item you saw at an in-person event)?
This may be an item we offer exclusively at certain events we do (like The Burgundar Faire), or it is a new item that has been debuted at a craft show but not listed yet. You can contact us directly to order any of these items. We will send an invoice through the website/PayPal, and can ship the item(s) to you.
